Campus-karok: ÁOK Topic The aim of the course is to provide deeper insight into the immune pathogenesis of systemic autoimmune diseases and to better understand the nature of active inflammatory processes during the course of the disease.
The obligatory Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology course cannot provide enough time for this purpose. The ideal participants of this course are those who are interested in internal medicine and immunology, and who would like to deal with various aspects of systemic autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency syndromes.

A clinical practitioner encounters such illnesses more often then he thinks, so it is important to clarify the clinical background of these conditions. Lectures 1. Autoimmunity: general characteristics.
